Research
Everything we publish lives here: what products contain, what the research actually supports, what providers charge, and what the regulators have done about it.
What we cover
Currently tracking
GLP-1 Medications
The most-searched and least-understood category in the peptide space, and the one under the most regulatory pressure. What these drugs are, the three that matter, how they can and cannot be delivered, what they really cost, and where enforcement stands.
Rechecked quarterly
Licensed Telehealth Providers
What the three largest US platforms actually charge, graded on the same four criteria — with the twelve-month arithmetic shown wherever they publish enough to compute it.
Updated as published
Regulatory Tracker
FDA warning letters, enforcement actions, court rulings, and vendor status changes across the peptide and GLP-1 market — logged as they are published, each with a primary source.
How this research is done
- Every clinical claim links to a primary source. Peer-reviewed research, FDA documentation, approved prescribing information, or clinical trial registries. Not another blog, not a press release, not a vendor’s product page.
- Pricing is read from the provider, and dated. We take figures from each provider’s own published pages, show the arithmetic where a total is computed, and record the date we checked. Where a provider does not publish enough to answer a question, we say that rather than estimate.
- We say when we don’t know. Absence of evidence is reported as absence of evidence, not filled in with plausible-sounding inference. Anything we could not verify is marked as unverified on the page it appears.
- We correct in public. Errors are fixed and noted at the foot of the article with the date and what changed. We don’t silently edit.
Our scope
We are not a medical provider and we do not employ clinicians. Nothing here is medical advice, and we publish no dosing information.
