What this site is

Peptide Review Desk is an independent review and research site covering peptide products, GLP-1 medications, and the licensed telehealth providers that supply them.

We report on four things: what products contain, what the published research supports, what providers actually charge, and how the regulatory landscape is changing.

Why it exists

This category is unusually badly served. Products are marketed using the vocabulary of well-studied drugs without containing them. Advertised prices routinely exclude the medication. Most providers will not say which pharmacy fills your prescription. And the regulatory position has shifted repeatedly, with enforcement action running well ahead of public understanding.

Very little of that is hard to establish — it mostly requires reading the prescribing information, the pricing page, and the enforcement record, and then writing down what they say. That is what this site does.

How this site is run

Peptide Review Desk is independently owned and operated. It is not owned by, invested in, or affiliated with any telehealth provider, pharmacy, compounding facility, or peptide vendor, and no such company has any input into what we cover, how we grade it, or what we publish.

We do not publish individual bylines. We would rather be held to the method than to a name, so the method is written down and every page is built to be checked against it: each clinical claim links to a primary source, each price is read from the provider’s own page and dated, anything we could not verify is marked as unverified where it appears, and corrections are published with the date and what changed. Nothing on this site asks you to take our word for it.

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it in public. The standards we work to are set out in full in our editorial policy.

What we will not publish

• Dosing for unapproved substances or compounded products, and titration schedules, dose calculators, or administration instructions of any kind
• Recommendations about whether a specific medication suits a specific person
• Diagnosis, or interpretation of your symptoms or lab results
• Reviews of grey-market “research use only” peptide vendors

That last one is a deliberate commercial sacrifice. Those vendors generate enormous search traffic and pay well. They are also the subject of active FDA enforcement, and covering them would make this site part of the problem it exists to document.

How we are funded

Affiliate commission from some of the licensed providers we cover, disclosed on every page that carries such a link. Full detail in our affiliate disclosure, and our grading criteria are published in our editorial policy.
