Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who else receives it, and how to get it removed.
The short version
We run an editorial site. We do not sell personal information, we do not ask for health information, and we have no interest in building a profile of you. What data we do collect is the ordinary machinery of running a website and understanding which articles get read.
Our scope
We never ask for, collect, or store health information. Nothing you read here is transmitted to a provider, and we do not know who visits which page.
What we collect
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. This is automatic, applies to every website, and is used for security and diagnostics.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 & Fathom to understand which pages are read and how people arrive.
- Email, if you send one. If you contact us we keep the message and your address so we can reply and, where relevant, publish a correction.
We do not run advertising, and we do not operate accounts, logins, or user profiles.
Cookies and affiliate tracking
This is the part most sites gloss over, so we will be specific.
When you click a link to a provider we have an affiliate relationship with, that provider’s affiliate network may set a cookie in your browser recording that you arrived from us. If you later sign up, that cookie is how the network attributes the referral and pays us. We do not control those cookies, we do not receive your personal details from them, and we see only aggregate counts.
You can block or clear these cookies in your browser at any time. Doing so does not change anything you pay or your access to any provider — it only means we are not credited.
Who else receives data
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers.
- Our analytics provider, as named above.
- Affiliate networks, when you click an affiliate link.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Residents of California have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA; residents of the EU and UK have them under the GDPR.
In practice we hold very little: an email address only if you have written to us or subscribed. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@peptidereviewdesk.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page rather than made silently.
